Tess joined our team around Halloween last year to be ready to help us out for the holiday season and she earned her stripes over that heavy period! So she has now been with us about 9 months already and is the primary sitter for many East side families! As we have grown the placement of each staff member is important for our reach and efficiency! We hope to always be 15 minutes or less from client’s homes and Tess has helped us do that better!
She graduated high school a year ago and is becoming seasoned as a pet sitter!

Once our clients get activated into the digital system we use called Time to Pet, you can choose a primary sitter and once a relationship is built they are assigned to you at all times unless they are unavailable. In that case, her backup fills in!
So glad to have Tess and see her grow as we grow!
