We have had an amazing summer!  With the addition of Tiffany we are a working team of 5 and are probably looking for one more to help us out in the Fall as two of my 5 are extra busy finishing up second year grad school!

 

Overnight service is a popular service that requires some notice typically, but pet sitting we can almost always pull off with not much notice!

 

We welcomed 8 new families in July! As we continue to become more mature in our business, we can offer better routes for our sitters and more consistent work for them!  We are proud to offer some of the best wages in our industry as we believe in the success of our team resting on the shoulders of our staff!

 

Things that a professional agency bring that a neighbor or family member doesn’t always provide  are a vested interest in the quality and details of our work. It’s not a favor, it’s our job and one our reputation rests upon but beyond that, we all truly love our work with animals!

We use a digital platform and app that both clients and sitters use called Time to Pet. This  provides a secure chat method where you can see the reports or talk to your sitter (direct texting staff isn’t allowed and can get them in trouble so we want our new clients to become familiar with the chat tool!) and with pop up notifications on see the moment they arrive and another pop up with the final report of each visit! You get a chance to rate each visit with a happiness report that I see and helps staff collect reward points!

 

Pet sitting and overnight care is about home and animal care management.  From the mail we pick up, packages we bring in, plants we water and animals we care for…..every living thing we are there to care for!

 

Via the APP you see GPS coordinates of the place they started and ended the timer, which will be close to your door! You’ll see custom messages in a detailed visit report, 6 photos minimum and a short video for every report on top of a digital report card showing what was achieved!

 

We sell peace of mind, so whether you are a worker gone all day and we walk or care for the dogs with a potty break, or a traveling client what we want to show is consistency and reliability balanced with a heart centered approach.  When you combine true love of what we do with a desire to be the best business we can be you find magic in the connections with our clients!

 

The primary sitter becomes extended family and quickly feels just like that!

Once we activate new clients, agree on the timing of our visits and the length of visits we arrange the meet and greet where you meet your sitter or dog walker and go over location of items and review how the app works!
