“Seeking part time help for our Fayetteville team”
After the growth of a solid year in 2022 we find ourselves trending the same direction this year and will need some local help to join our team! Cities that are included are Farmington, Fayetteville, Johnson, and Springdale.
Pet sitting and dog walking can be a great side hustle for the driven individual that loves the flexibility of our work and appreciates the odd hours. You work pretty independently, and once training is over operate get to shine on your own.
When clients take vacations and choose the drop by service commonly called “pet sitting” we visit the homes three times a day. Examples of this could be 7 AM and 1PM and 7PM We are trusted to care for pets in the same way nannies care for human babies. It’s a big responsibility and a very rewarding job.
Overnight care is when you stay at a client’s house (house sitting) and also return to drop by for a potty break mid-day. It can be done around other full-time jobs and works well with pet sitting.
Dog walking is a mid-day service and we will soon be needing support for walkers as well.
We want to not only attract animal lovers but dream builders. For students who are curious about the evolution from an idea, to launch, to the hustle, and the growth that comes with this could be a unique situation for the right person.
Historically we have put together about 30 events over the years, nature walks with dogs primarily and we hope to bring 2 of those back in 2023
You’ll be part of a small team. There is always 2 of us that have understanding of every home, but once you commit to a job it’s important to follow through.
We work when we don’t feel great, we work in the rain, but we also don’t have to worry about looking put to together! Ha!
Remember, outside of a meet and greet where you see the family and animals you will be caring for….we don’t see humans!
Pay is on Friday’s and for the weeks work we just completed and as jobs come up you have the choice to choose an assignment and I always ask first! Once you do choose a job, it’s important to follow through.
Because of the ever evolving relationship with our clients, it’s important you envision doing this 6-12 months.
You keep all tips and pay is based partly on experience, partly on time with us. Details in the interview but staff makes 11-20$ an hour.
