What a special year!
We closed out Thanksgiving and are really proud of our results. We served more clients in Fayetteville area than ever before, and came away with the best feedback we have ever gotten! Some via Google reviews and most via Happiness Surveys clients have the option to fill out after every visit.
Discovering how we are doing is the only way we can get better! And that is all we strive to do. We are allies with the largest organized professional pet sitting company in this region, and team up with others to serve this massive market. Our competition is who we were last month.
That’s the question I wake up asking myself every day, “How can I, how can our team, how can our services, how can our software and new app, how CAN WE DO BETTER?”
That simple approach has helped us to our biggest year yet again. 50 new clients is still our estimate as we hit our final 30 days of the year!
We focus on the fundamentals and our team is just really growing. Finding people that can pet sit for you 1-2-3-4 years is key. College students fill most of our spots, but we are open to all kinds of workers to help us expand our reach!
Potty break is still a great option for those who have long working days and can’t use backyards as freely during the day with colder temps!
GIFT CERTIFICATES make a great gift for any friend or family member who might like to treat their animals to some extra love!
Just as we did for Thanksgiving, we recommend early booking for Christmas and New Years. That week is already pre booked at the volume we just did for Thanksgiving.
