October News – Dog Walking Heaven – New Client Promos!! (Annual Pack Walk at Devil’s Den Tentatively November 3rd)
This is the weather dreams are made of! Our dog walking team is absolutely in heaven right now! As the early leaves start to change, the photographs I see coming in around the area are just so beautiful!
NEW CLIENT PROMO!! We are wanting to add some mid days with our expanded staff so if you want potty break options, dog walking, or even travel needs this season we are doing free meet and greets in October! 18$ value!
Not only does dog walking allow your dog to potty and poop mid day, but we can get a lot of exercise too! My 1/2 hour clients (unless dogs are challenging on a leash) get over a mile every walk! This time of year we really push our distance but not to make it uncomfortable for the pups!
Our Time to Pet app system shows our mid day clients all kinds of information! First they get a pop up knowing their dog walker has arrived! Once the timer starts they enter the home, prepare the dog(s) for walks and head out the door!
As you can see in some glimpses of one of my own dog walking clients (I as owner still walk dogs half my day but all our new dog walking clients are handled by my team) they see at least 6 photos per walk, probably 1 short video, a custom note of our experience and a digital report card of who peed and pooped, fresh water given, doors locked, whatever each home prefers us to do we check /do!
The route your dog walker went is shown each day as the app traces every step!
Standard walks are 18$ but you save 3$ a walk in prepaid packages of 20!
Extended half hour walks are 21$ but you save 3$ a walk if bought in a prepaid package of 20!
Some clients schedule and pay weekly!
AND we are researching and preparing to introduce a new program called frequency discounts. If you let us walk dogs 4-5 times a week you get the package rate (3$ savings) and 2-3 times a week 1$ above that and single visit per week pays regular price. Frequency discounts will be AUTO BILLED two times a month. For example walks from the 1st of the month to the 15th will auto bill on the 16th and rates will depend on how many walks were completed that week.
This program will launch as a beta test for the coming month and I hope to launch it November 1 officially as an option for our mid day clients that want discounts and smaller bills two times a month might be easier.
For those that want to keep packages to get the best rate even if they don’t use us often, we will keep things the same through the end of the year!
1 hour long excursions or long walks are also an option! We don’t get that request a lot but can be fun for park adventures, or really getting some distance in!
Gracie is helping us launch Prairie Grave and Tontitown as she lives about half way to both! She is a freshman in college and hopes to be a vet one day! I’ll introduce her after 90 days on our staff bio as she is finishing up her training period!
We had a great September as we have gone from a local business where owner did all the work to adding 1 part timer 2 1/2 years ago, a second one that summer and we are now up to 6 helping us cover Farmington, Prairie Grove, Johnson, Springdale and most of Prairie Grove!

Our annual Fall pack walk started in 2013 and happened during the period we sold the business as well, and once I bought it back early 2019 and Solgave had it’s rebirth (3rd rebirth happened once Covid and it’s impact on travel and business professionals working at the office was over) we started these again.
Now we just strive to do 2 a year but the Fall is always gonna happen! We do the Yellow Rock Loop at Devil’s Den timed for peak leaf viewing and this year I am shooting for November 3rd. We had about 12 of us last year and I expect a couple more families may join us this year. Allow about 2 hours and look for the event information on our Facebook page!

Normally if you choose to use a booking form to get a quote (that helps us see what area you are in, if that walker has room on their route, etc) we send out info via email on how EVERYTHING WORKS and follow that up with text or phone call to finalize any questions before sending the assigned walker for your area over to meet you and the pups!
We also offer a shorter potty break option for a quick back yard play session or leash outside for pee and poop chance / freshen water and back out the door!
Our app lets you view invoices, schedule your own trips, cancel service if needed, and chat in real time with your sitter or walker!
