What a month!!!
For the 3rd month in a row, we have doubled our output from the previous best July, August, and September. It’s taken a lot of hard work, a lot of focus on details and now things seem to be moving faster! This growth has allowed us to migrate all of our business to a digital platform. We have all our mid days in the system and packages correct, all our vacation people now use the system as well! As our existing customers book vacations for the first time since our switch they will migrate over too.
Now via an app on their smart phone existing customers can track visits in real time with amazing digital reports sent, schedule their own services as far in advance as they want to book, pay and view invoices and chat with their sitter!
Our admin team now sees every photo, every word exchanged, gets notifications when sitters arrive, if they are late, payroll is automated, and so much more!
Other news is expansion of staff! East Fayetteville finally has a sitter! That means Cirsten, Kendall, Kailan, and Jared are joined by Tess!
Finally, for the first time in 4 years we have booked a Pack Walk to see the leaves change at Devils Den. We have (as a company) done this one 6 years since 2013. We look to have a historic holiday season! Lots of new mid days that Kailan and Jared handle, but soon new mid days will go to new staff! Our focus is on the best service we can provide and creating unique experiences to give clients peace of mind, but also find value in our services and experiences that leave them wanting more!
