We are so glad you found us! Things are changing as fast as I can keep up with! We have now welcomed 24 new families in the last 2 months setting records by a long shot, both months. The biggest announcement now and likely the biggest short term pain HA! is our transition to a new software and app to help our growing business.
The amount of changes that brings is enormous. How our sitters and walkers check in will all be through the app, GPS start and end point of each home visit, timer, report cards, no more manual check ins to the office each visit, ability to instantly see which sitter is closest, instant messaging feature with clients built into app, incredibly organized scheduling tool where we get things more automated and eliminate room for errors. Automated invoicing, new digital service contracts, clients will book their own dates and service needs once in our system, we just approve it, assign it, and you get automatically sent a detailed invoice. We have done it one way for 10 years (pre sale, and they used the system we designed during the period it was owned by another, and now. So to slowly get all clients used to it, migrated over to, etc will take some time this month but MAN is it like Christmas.
I am also bringing the clothing project that was a standalone business during the era I sold the animal care back to life! My first 4 years post college was helping a small private label apparel company grow from Fayetteville only to many states. I love how shirts and gear can be canvases and messages of hope, or just hold an ability to spread love for your brand and movement.
We have some new fonts for just Solgave gear, the animal care logo will be on some gear, and a few Solgave Clothing classics will also be available once I get those ready.
For now, we focus on 5 new mid days this last month or so and getting our new system down over the next 14 days! If you book after September 21 you will for sure be guided into our new digital system, you’ll activate your account and sign a new service contract! Phew, growing is exciting but also challenging.
We are ready for it. My team is strong and ready for continued growth so if you’ll be patient this month during the transition and doing things in a new way we will honor our part; to create an experience that leaves you with peace of mind for your animals and a feeling of understanding from Solgave about what needs of yours we can meet.
